I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel was ideal; not far from the center, near a supermarket, on the hill with a great view, and close to the river. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service. They were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process extremely easy. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained, with clean attached bathrooms and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying.

Everything was spot on, no improvement needed.

the parking lot was a fair distance from the hotel and we had to carry our luggage quite a ways, which was inconvenient.

The hotel was conveniently located in the central Moselle valley, just a short walk to Cochem downtown with its bustling restaurants and shops. Situated on a hill, it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area from the balcony of our spacious and well-decorated room. the bed was comfortable and the apartment clean and modern. There was even a shop nearby for added convenience.

The lack of privacy due to the neighboring Seniors Residence with balconies overlooking the apartment was a slight drawback.

The location was great and close to everything we needed. The room was clean and had a nice balcony with a good view of the surroundings. We also enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations in the room, it made it feel cozy.

The room lacked proper heating, making it difficult to sleep during the winter nights. , there was no one to assist us during check-in, which made the process confusing and frustrating.
